Nuimage Windows warrants to the original purchaser/property owner ("Owner") that any basic window 8
door manufactured by the Company (Nuimage Windows) is free from defects in material and workmanship
for as long as the original Purchaser/s or immediate transferee owns described property in which the
windows & doors are installed. All warranty is provided by Nuimage Windows and Doors and is not prorated.

Vinyl Parts Warranty - that under everyday use, the vinyl components of the windows and doors will not
blister, peel, rot, corrode, change color or fail in any other reasonable defect.

Mechanical Parts Warranty - that all mechanical parts (locks, vent locks, balances) are warranted to be
free from manufactured defects in material and workmanship. Replacement parts will be supplied at no
charge.

Insulated Glass Warranty - the sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against defects resulting in material
obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead air space of the sealed unit
for the life of the windows and doors. If the glass unit fails, the Company will provide the Owner with a
replacement insulated glass unit at no extra charge.

Glass Breakage- the Full Lifetime warranty will extend to glass breakage including tempered glass, unless
attributable to acts of nature (e.g. fire, earthquake, etc) civil disorder, building settling, structural failures of
walls or foundations, storage, or handling. Specialty glass (e.g. V-Groove, laminated glass) is not covered by
this glass breakage warranty.

Installation of Nuimage Windows - All installation done by the factory is 100% warranted against all defects
i.e. leaks, sealants, interior or exterior trim. This installation warranty shall remain in effect as long as the
original owner or immediate transferee owns described property. Warranty is transferable

Labor Warranty - that all labor necessary to correct any item covered by this warranty will be provided at no
extra charge by the Company.

Optional Transferable Warranty - this warranty may be transferred to the Owner's immediate transferee
provided the transferee notifies the Company, in writing, at the address below, within 30 days of the
property's transfer date.
